 These fountains are hand-built of copper and hand-painted individually...no two are exactly alike. The imagery is dynamic and varied, there is something to enliven every environment!
These gorgeous water fountains feature hand-made copper bases that are hand-patinaed using heat. Attached to the panels, which are hand-painted on the reverse, a copper pipe is attached. The submersible pump carries a manufacturers guarantee. If you choose the optional lighting, a string of heatless “rice” lights produces 50 or more twinkles that add an extra dimension to your water fountain! See the Cosmos, Fireflies, Degas Dancers and San Francisco Night fountains for the lighting effect...it's like tiny fireflies or stars!

These are very simple to hang - you only need a
screwdriver and a level to do it. 2 screws go into studs to hang the bottom water tray. The holes are already predrilled in the back of the tray at 16" spacing...just find the studs, level the tray, and screw it in. If no studs are handy, you can install with drywall anchors, molly bolts, etc. The top panel rests on two brackets that are similarly screwed into the studs...and then the panel rests on the brackets. The entire process takes no more than 5 minutes for a "handy" person...15 or so for someone a little less skilled with the basic tools.
You will have one cord for the pump and, if lighting is
added, one for that feature. These cords will show unless you "hardwire" and place a receptacle behind the fountain (you will want to position that about 12" up from the bottom of the fountain, and make sure that the plug is operational via a switch (2 switches if you want to be able to independently control the lights apart from the pump). There is no on/off switch built into the fountain, so unless you don't mind the cords dangling under the fountain and plugged into a standard receptacle, hardwiring is the way to go...especially if you're in the building stages and you know where the fountain will hang.
